Saw this ceramic tray in a store the other day. W hile I've always enjoyed Ralph Waldo Emerson, I hadn't heard this quote before: Ralph Waldo Emerson quote It came right after a time I was trying to explain to a coworker how we choose to be who we are. I was asked why and how I'm always so upbeat and so positive about things and I said that it's because that is what I long ago decided to be. There's no reason to be negative or down all the time, indeed what does it gain yourself or those around you? And now, it's sort of become my nature. It's the person I've become. It's part of me.
